The hotel is conveniently located with easy freeway access and within walking distance of restaurants. The rooms were super clean and smelled fresh, designed to minimize stains and damages. Service was pleasant, although there were some early morning disturbances. The dining options, though not included, offered fair pricing for what was available.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped for a comfortable night, but I did encounter a huge water roach in the bathroom one morning before 10 am, which was a bit unsettling. Additionally, there were some ants present in the room. However, overall, the room had everything I needed for a short stay.

My experience with the service was a mix. While most of the staff was friendly and helpful, I did witness the manager easily getting frustrated by miscommunication. There were instances when they yelled and cursed at people trying to get information on extending their stay, which was quite off-putting. Despite this, the general service was good and the rest of the staff were wonderful.

The hotel's location had its positives and negatives. It was a bit far from the freeway, which made it peaceful and quiet, but it was also difficult to turn into during peak traffic hours. On the bright side, it was close to various restaurants, making dining options easily accessible and convenient for what we wanted to do in El Paso.
